Joe Corvetti | Managing Director
Joe is Managing Director of Upstream Production Solutions. Joe joined Oceaneering as General Manager, Production Solutions in 2011, leading the successful transformation of the business unit to Upstream Production Solutions in 2014, and continuing as Managing Director. Joe has more than 25 years’ experience in engineering, operations and project management in the Oil & Gas, Energy and Infrastructure industries. He has held various senior management positions at Wood Group and Worley Parsons. Joe has a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) and a Master of Engineering Science from the University of Melbourne. He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
Cameron Wills | Executive General Manager - East (Director)
Cameron joined the business in 2007 and is responsible for Upstream PS’ East division, a diverse business comprising CSG, conventional O&G and Carbon Capture & Storage across Victoria, South Australia and Queensland. Cameron has played a major role in the considerable growth of Upstream PS, particularly in the CSG sector, where he developed a business focussed on the highest possible safety and productivity performance through innovation, team culture and client service excellence. Cameron has more than 20 years’ field services management experience and holds a Master of Business Administration.
Kevin Craig | Executive General Manager - West (Engineering & Operations)
Kevin joined Upstream PS in 2017 and is responsible for the West division, comprising operations, maintenance and engineering support to clients onshore and offshore in Western Australia and the Northern Territory. Kevin initially joined the business to lead operations for the Northern Endeavour FPSO, providing strong leadership and achieving many technical and operational milestones. Prior to joining Upstream PS, Kevin spent 25 years with Shell, working in brownfield operations and greenfield projects internationally including the UK, Nigeria and Russia, before settling in Perth to join the Prelude FLNG project as Operations Capability and Assurance Manager.
Roslyn Rule | Manager – Finance & Commercial
Roslyn joined in 2009, initially with Oceaneering/AGR, where she worked for five years as Finance and Systems Integration Manager. She was a key member of the Upstream Production Solutions business transformation in 2014. Ros has significant financial and commercial management experience with a focus on productivity and efficiency improvements gained over more than 18 years, primarily in the oil and gas industry. Ros has a Master of Business Administration and became a Fellow of CPA Australia (FCPA) in 2015.
Sam La Spina | Manager - HR, ICT & Knowledge Management
Sam re-joined Upstream PS in 2014 after four years working in the Middle East. He is responsible for delivering human resources, information and communications technology and knowledge management strategies targeting organisational effectiveness. He is an experienced human resources executive with more than 20 years’ experience in oil and gas, power generation, rail and finance industries. Sam has lead major transformation through restructuring, mergers and acquisitions to optimise business results. Sam has a Master of Science HR Management and Development and a Bachelor of Business Administration (HR).
Natalie Duncan | Manager - Strategy and Marketing
Natalie joined Upstream PS in 2015 and is responsible for overall strategy, marketing, corporate communications and client insights. She has more than 18 years' experience, primarily in marketing engineering services to the oil and gas, mining, power and renewable energy sectors. Natalie held various senior marketing management roles for Jacobs/SKM, leading the global marketing strategy for the power and energy sector, improving understanding of client needs and implementing effective engagement strategies. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Commerce.
Neil Clegg | General Manager - Technical
Neil joined Upstream PS in 2017 and is responsible for overall engineering management and developing capability which maintains high technical standards for Upstream PS' range of onshore and offshore projects. Neil is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and Technical Authority for maintenance and reliability in oil and gas through more than 25 years' experience in onshore and offshore maintenance, operations, LNG and project engineering, involving some of the largest global projects in the industry.
