Joe Corvetti | Managing Director

Joe is Managing Director of Upstream Production Solutions. Joe joined Oceaneering as General Manager, Production Solutions in 2011, leading the successful transformation of the business unit to Upstream Production Solutions in 2014, and continuing as Managing Director. Joe has more than 20 years’ experience in engineering, operations and project management in the Oil & Gas, Energy and Infrastructure industries.  He has held various senior management positions at Wood Group and Worley Parsons. Joe has a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) and a Master of Engineering Science from the University of Melbourne.

Cameron Wills | Executive General Manager - East (Director)

Cameron joined the business in 2007 and is responsible for Upstream PS’ East division, a diverse business comprising CSG, conventional O&G and Carbon Capture & Storage across Victoria, South Australia and Queensland. Cameron has played a major role in the considerable growth of Upstream PS, particularly in the CSG sector, where he developed a business focussed on the highest possible safety and productivity performance through innovation, team culture and client service excellence. Cameron has more than 19 years’ field services management experience and holds a Master of Business Administration.

Paul Harrison | Executive General Manager - West

Paul joined Upstream PS in 2016 as Executive General Manager – West, a division responsible for the operation and maintenance of several onshore and offshore O&G production facilities in Western Australia, the Northern Territory and Timor Sea. Paul is an experienced executive with 30 years’ international experience in the hydrocarbon and associated complex process industries. He has held senior executive leadership roles locally and internationally with Amec Foster Wheeler, Worley Parsons and Transfield Worley. Paul holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Mechanical/Manufacturing and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Management Science. He is a Fellow of Engineers Australia, chartered engineer with IMechE, graduate member of AICD and a registered project director with AIPM.

Roslyn Rule | Manager – Finance & Commercial

Roslyn joined in 2009, initially with Oceaneering/AGR, where she worked for five years as Finance and Systems Integration Manager.  She was a key member of the Upstream Production Solutions business transformation in 2014. Ros has significant financial and commercial management experience with a focus on productivity and efficiency improvements gained over more than 17 years, primarily in the oil and gas industry. Ros has a Master of Business Administration and became a Fellow of CPA Australia (FCPA) in 2015.

Gary Napier | Manager – HSSE, Training & Assurance

Joining the business in 2005, Gary is responsible for developing Health, Safety, Security, Environment, Training and Assurance strategies supporting operations. Gary has more than 30 years’ mining, oil and gas experience, most recently managing our operations across the Perth Basin. Gary holds a Master of Business Administration.

Sam La Spina | HR, ICT & Knowledge Management Manager

Sam re-joined Upstream PS in 2014 after four years working in the Middle East.  He is responsible for delivering human resources, information and communications technology and knowledge management strategies targeting organisational effectiveness. He is an experienced human resources executive with more than 20 years’ experience in oil and gas, power generation, rail and finance industries.  Sam has lead major transformation through restructuring, mergers and acquisitions to optimise business results. Sam has a Master of Science (HR Management and Development) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (HR)

Natalie Duncan | Manager - Strategy and Marketing

Natalie joined Upstream PS in 2015 and is responsible for overall strategy, marketing, corporate communications and client insights. She has more than 16 years' experience, primarily in marketing engineering services to the oil and gas, mining, power and renewable energy sectors.  Natalie held various senior marketing management roles for Jacobs/SKM, leading the global marketing strategy for the power and energy sector, improving understanding of client needs and implementing effective engagement strategies. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Commerce.

Dwight Blackburn | Manager of Engineering

Dwight joined in 2016 and is responsible for overall Engineering management supporting Upstream PS’ range of onshore and offshore projects. He is an experienced industry professional, working internationally in oil and gas mechanical engineering design, project management and construction support for the past 24 years. Dwight holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons), Mechanical from the University of Western Australia.
