GRPS’ four service streams touch on every aspect of a facility's lifecycle - from operations, maintenance, advisory and projects.  Whether you are a client looking to build a facility, need experienced operators to run it, require regular asset maintenance or looking to transition asset ownership, GRPS has an experienced team - from project managers, health, safety and environmental experts to qualified onsite tradespeople.

Throughout our three decade history, we have proven adaptive to new and emerging industry developments and today we continue to do so with our involvement in a number of innovative projects including carbon capture and storage (CCS) and green hydrogen projects.

We’re proud of the strong industry relationships we have built and our reputation as being client-centric is reflected in the number of long-term clients we have as well as in the feedback we receive.

“As we celebrate 12 months since the asset transition, I am so proud of what the team has achieved and I look forward to what’s coming next”.

Our Services

At GRPS we understand that each client is at a different stage of their asset lifecycle so we work with them to first listen to their business needs and then provide a solution that is optimal, safer and more efficient.

Our 4 service streams are supported by NATA accredited procedures and facilities, triple ISO certification and a robust internal safety program.

1.    Operations support
We safely operate offshore and onshore facilities.  Our aim is to maximise client profits by optimising production, minimising deferments and protecting asset integrity. We offer HSSEQ support, the provision of personnel and flexible operating models.  We act on behalf of the asset owner as the 'Operator's Operator'.

2.    Maintenance support
We ensure that facility equipment remains safe and reliable through a number of services including general routine and shutdown maintenance, wellsite maintenance, turnaround management, rotating equipment maintenance, PSV certification, flange management and electrical and instrumentation (hazardous areas and high voltage).

3.    Project support
Our projects are delivered by our multidisciplinary team of engineers and project managers who provide a wide variety of EPC services from minor brownfields modifications to major facility upgrades.  Other services include commissioning and decommissioning.

4.    Advisory support
Backed by a comprehensive understanding of risk management and asset operating philosophies and requirements, our advisory team are well positioned to provide best practice guidance on a range of key facility activities including ownership transition, regulatory engagement and approvals, operations readiness and assurance and due diligence.
