Cameron Wills | Chief Executive Officer

Cameron joined the business in 2007 and has held executive leaderships roles with Upstream PS since its acquisition from Oceaneering in 2014.  Prior to moving into the role of CEO, Cameron was previously responsible for Upstream PS’ East division for 9 years, a diverse business comprising Coal Seam Gas (CSG), conventional and offshore oil and gas, and carbon capture and storage across Victoria, South Australia, New South Wales and Queensland.  He has developed a business focussed on the highest possible safety and productivity performance through innovation, team culture and client service excellence.  Cameron has more than 25 years’ field services management experience and holds a Master of Business Administration.  


Kevin Craig | Executive General Manager - West

Kevin has more than 25 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry both internationally and in Australia. He joined Upstream PS in 2017 and is responsible for the West division, providing operations, maintenance, projects and advisory solutions to clients onshore and offshore in Western Australia and the Northern Territory.  Prior to joining Upstream PS, Kevin spent 25 years with Shell, working in brownfield operations and greenfield projects internationally including the UK, Nigeria and Russia, before settling in Perth to join the Prelude FLNG project as Operations Capability and Assurance Manager.


David Francis | Executive General Manager - East

David has over 22 years' of managerial and project delivery experience in the oil and gas industry, both onshore and offshore.  David has worked for engineering and project delivery services companies and EPC delivery companies including Wood (previously Wood Group), KBR, PSN and Worley (previously Worley Parsons) both locally and internationally. David brings a wealth of green and brownfield capital project delivery experience, including design, construction, and commissioning as well as substantial business and planning management expertise.


Matthew Campbell | National HSSEQ Manager 

Matthew joined in 2020 and is the manager of Health, Safety, Security, Environment and Quality (HSSEQ) nationally overseeing our people, processes and regulatory relationships.  He has over 18 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry in various HSE disciplines across locations including Netherlands, United Kingdom, Norway, Africa, Middle East, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Mexico, Brazil and Guyana with companies including Shell and CNOOC. Matthew is an Environmental Engineer with a Masters in Engineering Science.  


Tara Doble | National Human Resources Manager

Tara joined in 2020 as National Human Resources Manager. Tara brings over 20 years' of expertise in a broad range of senior human resource management capabilities having previously worked for SKM/Jacobs/Rio Tinto and BHP. She is highly experienced in HR project planning, development, and execution. Tara also brings significant experience in the development of HR/ER/IR infrastructure to support the delivery of phased workforces to meet project timelines.


Thomas Andres | Finance and Commercial Manager

Thomas joined in 2018 having previously worked in Commercial Manager and CFO roles in electrical and civil contracting in Australia for 15 years. Prior to moving to Australia, Thomas occupied finance roles in a variety of industries (banking, insurance, IT, education) in Germany, South Africa and the United Kingdom. Thomas is a qualified accountant (CA, FCCA) and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ).


Anne-Marie Blewett | Marketing and Communications Manager

Anne-Marie joined Upstream PS in 2008 and has held various senior support roles in both projects and functional areas of the business. Appointed as Marketing and Communications Manager in July 2020, Anne-Marie is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the Marketing and Communications strategy, providing support to regional business development initiatives and ensuring the dissemination of quality communications across the business.


Kurt Zalmstra | Manager - ICT and Digital Transformation

Kurt joined Upstream PS in 2017 as the ICT Manager. Kurt brings more than 18 years of expertise in the IT industry and more than 10 years in offshore oil and gas. He is a highly experienced System and Network engineer with a passion for integrating digital innovation. As ICT and Digital Transformation Manager, Kurt is responsible for ensuring the development and delivery of the ICT and Digital strategy, ensuring alignment of these with the long-term strategic goals of the business and the continued enhancement of technical performance.
