Cameron Wills | Chief Executive Officer

Cameron joined the business in 2007 and has held executive leadership and company director roles with GR Production Services since its acquisition from Oceaneering in 2014.  Prior to moving into the role of CEO and Managing Director, Cameron was previously responsible for GR Production Services' East division for 9 years, a diverse business comprising Coal Seam Gas (CSG), conventional and offshore oil and gas, and carbon capture and storage across Victoria, South Australia, New South Wales and Queensland.  He has developed a business focussed on the highest possible safety and productivity performance through innovation, team culture and client service excellence.  Cameron has more than 25 years’ project and field services management experience across the Australasian mining, oil, gas and energy industry and holds a Master of Business Administration.  


Tom Coolican | Executive General Manager - West

Tom is a senior leader bringing over 20 years of Australian and International experience gained during his previous roles with ENI, Woodside, SVT Engineering Consultants (Wood) and most recently Jadestone Energy. He has a proven track record across all facets of the Energy and Resources industry demonstrating safe leadership, operational excellence and providing strategic direction to facilitate growth and success. Tom oversees our GR Production Services contracts in Western Australia and the Northern Territory and is responsible for the execution and delivery of our strategic business objectives providing operations, maintenance, projects and advisory services to our portfolio of onshore and offshore clients.  


 

Greg Chrisfield | National HSSEQ Manager

Greg joined our business in 2022 and brings over 20+ years of senior HSSEQ leadership experience (both locally and internationally) which he gained in previous roles with QGC, Buru Energy, Oil Search, Ausenco and Morris Corporation. Accomplished in the areas of Health, Safety, Security, Environment, Community, Risk, Quality and Sustainability, Greg has worked in high-risk Utility, Energy, Oil and Gas EPCM and Asset Management industries. As the National HSSEQ Manager, Greg sets the strategy for our HSSEQ department ensuring company KPI’s and goals are achieved. He and his team monitor compliance to internal and external, requirements, auditing across the business and the provision of resources to ensure the company certification is maintained whilst supporting regional operations activity. Greg holds qualifications in Workplace Health and Safety, Occupational Hazard Management, Innovation and Service Management and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Health and Safety and a Certified Chartered Generalist OHS Professional.  


 

Tara Doble | National Human Resources Manager

Tara joined in 2020 as National Human Resources Manager. Tara brings over 20 years' of expertise in a broad range of senior human resource management capabilities having previously worked for SKM/Jacobs/Rio Tinto and BHP. She is highly experienced in HR project planning, development, and execution. Tara also brings significant experience in the development of HR/ER/IR infrastructure to support the delivery of phased workforces to meet project timelines.


Thomas Andres | Finance and Commercial Manager

Thomas joined in 2018 having previously worked in Commercial Manager and CFO roles in electrical and civil contracting in Australia for 15 years. Prior to moving to Australia, Thomas occupied finance roles in a variety of industries (banking, insurance, IT, education) in Germany, South Africa and the United Kingdom. Thomas is a qualified accountant (CA, FCCA) and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ).


Nadine Dulnuan | Marketing Manager

Nadine Dulnuan | Marketing and Communications Manager

Nadine has worked in marketing and communications for over 20 years in various industries including financial services, professional services and tourism.  Her experience includes marketing strategy development, end-to-end campaign management and assisting organisations through change.  As an advocate for best practices in communications, Nadine is responsible for managing GRPS' marketing and communications activities, leading the Community Matters program and supporting regional business development initiatives.
