Joe Corvetti | Managing Director
Joe is Managing Director of Upstream Production Solutions. Joe joined Oceaneering as General Manager, Production Solutions in 2011, leading the successful transformation of the business unit to Upstream Production Solutions in 2014, and continuing as Managing Director. Joe has more than 25 years’ experience in engineering, operations and project management in the Oil & Gas, Energy and Infrastructure industries. He has held various senior management positions at Wood Group and Worley Parsons. Joe has a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) and a Master of Engineering Science from the University of Melbourne. He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
Cameron Wills | Executive General Manager - East (Director)
Cameron joined the business in 2007 and is responsible for Upstream PS’ East division, a diverse business comprising CSG, conventional oil and gas and carbon capture & storage across Victoria, South Australia and Queensland. Cameron has played a major role in the considerable growth of Upstream PS, particularly in the CSG sector, where he developed a business focussed on the highest possible safety and productivity performance through innovation, team culture and client service excellence. Cameron has more than 20 years’ field services management experience and holds a Master of Business Administration.
Kevin Craig | Executive General Manager - West
Kevin has more than 25 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry both internationally and in Australia. He joined Upstream PS in 2017 and is responsible for the West division, providing operations, maintenance, projects and advisory solutions to clients onshore and offshore in Western Australia and the Northern Territory. Prior to joining Upstream PS, Kevin spent 25 years with Shell, working in brownfield operations and greenfield projects internationally including the UK, Nigeria and Russia, before settling in Perth to join the Prelude FLNG project as Operations Capability and Assurance Manager.
Thomas Andres | Manager - Finance and Commercial
Thomas joined in 2018 having previously worked in Commercial Manager and CFO roles in electrical and civil contracting in Australia for 15 years. Prior to moving to Australia, Thomas occupied finance roles in a variety of industries (banking, insurance, IT, education) in Germany, South Africa and the United Kingdom. Thomas is a qualified accountant (CA, FCCA) and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CA ANZ).
Neil Clegg | General Manager - Technical
Neil joined Upstream PS in 2017 and is responsible for overall engineering management and developing capability which maintains high technical standards for Upstream PS' range of onshore and offshore projects. Neil is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and Technical Authority for maintenance and reliability in oil and gas through more than 25 years' experience in onshore and offshore maintenance, operations, LNG and project engineering, involving some of the largest global projects in the industry.
Anna Keen | Manager - People & Performance
Anna joined Upstream PS in 2018 following 15 years in the oil and gas services sector working across the Asia Pacific region in a variety of leadership roles including Human Resources, Finance, Health and Safety, Operations and Project Controls. In previous roles she has leveraged the values of equality and diversity, culture and people to deliver innovative, effective strong results in all areas of the business. Anna has Master of Executive Leadership, Strategy & Innovation and Bachelors of Commerce and Human Resources.
Denny Stewart | Manager - HSSE & Regulatory Assurance
Denny has been with Upstream PS since 2007 and is the manager of Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and Security and Environment (HSEQS) nationally and oversees our regulatory relationships. Denny has worked across a broad range of industries in both the private and public sectors and was previously been employed with Defence, Department of Immigration, the WA Department of Education and Training and WorleyParsons. Denny has more than a decade experience in the oil and gas industry both onshore and offshore and holds an Associate Diploma is Applied Science (Work Health and Safety).
